There is time when company cannot provide internal resources. In some case, the “ninja” way is to delegate the task to subcontractors. Initially this will work well when the type of work is only delegate and can still be controlled by the internal team, but it will be a big problem when the process is completely given to the subcontractor team and no team in internal is able to validate what is being done.
