Rahmat's interest is to facilitate business and technology alignment, especially in digital transformation projects. He has more than 22 years in managing IT division and cofounding an IT consulting and training company. The provided services namely: digital strategy planning, enterprise architecture, governance, risk management, audit, assurance, information security, and business continuity. His various clients are from academic-business-government and has been involved in more than 125 projects since 1999.

He graduated bachelor of computer engineering, master of information systems, and master of business administration of Bandung Institute of Technology and currently as the PhD candidate of Stockholm University. He also holds more than 11 credentials, including PMP, and has been involved as voluntary board of some professional associations, including the advisor, gensec, and branch director of PMI Indonesia Chapter.

Rio is a Track Construction Coordinator at Freeport Indonesia, in the mining industry. He graduated from Sriwijaya University with an Engineering Degree. He is a PMP credential holder and in 2021 he started his volunteering journey with PMI Indonesia in the Program Department. In his spare time, Rio enjoys running outdoors.

Raisyuli holds Master degree in Telecommunication Management from Mercu Buana University, Jakarta and Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University (D/H STT Telkom) , Bandung. He started his professional career in 2004 in some telco-contractor and network provider as a engineer. In 2006 until now he is working in Ericsson Indonesia for many roles. Some of his professional skills are in cellular technology, microwave, fiber optic technology and also project management.

He is also registered as lecture faculty of computer science at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta to deliver some course for undergraduate program, such as Statistic and Probability, Mathematic Logic, Project Management Information System, and Communication and Professional Ethic. He usually lectures on weekend classes.

Raisyuli is a PMP and PMI-ACP credential holder and is currently volunteering for PMI Indonesia Chapter since 2020, and already contribute at some departements such as education department and program departement currently

Bimo is an experienced Business and Project Manager, with hands-on track record in managing capital projects, engineering service and improvement for various manufacturing processes, factory set-up and project types. He has a multy-industry experience in FMCG, food, dairy, pharma, fabrication, and construction. He is managing business for Tirta Kencana Ultra (TKU), a newly established engineering company that provides fabricated equipment, engineering and technical services for manufacturing and construction companies. Bimo holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Design and a Masters in Business Administration. Bimo is also PMP holder.

Resha holds double Master's degrees in Project Management from Indonesia University and a MBA degree from Nexford University. He started his professional career in 2008 in EPC company and continue with career in Oil and Gas operating company (KKKS) for almost 12 years mainly in operation and project management. He shift his career to the IT industry in 2022 by join Rumah Siap Kerja as Strategic Management Office Manager.

Resha is a PMP, PMI-RMP, credential holder and is currently volunteering for PMI Indonesia Chapter in the Program Department. In his spare time, he enjoys to read and playing games.

Ichsan is a passionate young professional who has experience working in Digital Technology and Manufacturing Industry. Currently, he works as a Business Analyst in an IT & Services company as part of the project team. He graduated from the University of Islam Indonesia with a Bachelor's Degree in the International Program of Industrial Engineering. He attained his CAPM in January 2021. He has an interest in always being able to develop proficiency, especially in Effective Project Management. Ichsan is extremely thrilled to be able to encourage other younger generations to be involved in project management.

Project Management For Small Projects

What’s a small project? For the purposes of this article, I’ve defined a small project as a project with a budget of less than $30.000 which is generally completed within 2-4 months. Businesses that engage in shorter-term or smaller projects, are generally those that are producing these on a regular basis (my own experience with Island Media is specifically based in digital projects which includes branding, design, development, and advertising). This generally means that often, there are multiple ongoing projects running concurrently – this drives a real need for strong project management. However, historically, project management frameworks have been developed for large scale projects, and while exemplary, it’s not always possible or financially viable to run small projects abiding to the same frameworks.
