Francis is an experienced training consultant in management and sales with international expertise.
After completing his studies in France, he worked as managing director of Tendance Training for
several clients Total, Ericsson, Accor, Sanofi, University Paris Dauphine (PSL), Safran, Lactalis, Valeo.
He has been a P.M.I. Registered Education Provider (2013-2015).
In order to focus his operations more closely on the Asia Pacific region, he made the decision to
relocate to Thailand in 2016.
 
He is now a DISC Practitioner Certified and continues to conduct training programs worldwide for
major companies including Bouygues, Philip Morris, UPL, Schneider Electric, Michelin, Institut
Pasteur, and Total in Europe, Asia, Africa, and America.
