An Introduction to Project Management on Cloud Migration Projects

This session will introduce how to plan and execute cloud migration projects with agile, considering the impact that Covid-19 has brought with the hybrid working environment of today, and the necessary knowledge and skills project managers for this purpose.

A look into components as part of project management such as designing an appropriate agile-based work breakdown structure and scope management will also be examined within this context. As part of this, the session will also touch on how to combine both traditional and agile styles of project management to get the best out of both styles within these projects.
